At The Blissful Bakers, we take pride in the quality of our hemp-derived edible baking products. Due to the nature of our products, returns are limited, but we are committed to making things right in the event of an issue.
All Sales Are Final
Due to health and safety regulations, all food and consumable product sales are final. This includes baking mixes, infused sugar, and infused butter.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or contains incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
- We may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays once an order has shipped. However, we are happy to assist in filing claims with the carrier if a package is lost or significantly delayed.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges unless the product you received is defective or incorrect.
